Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Anchorage Regulations at Sabine Pass Channel

The US Coast Guard is proposing to modify the anchorage regulations at Sabine Pass Channel in Texas to enhance safety for vessels entering and exiting Cheniere Energy's liquefied natural gas terminal, with the goal of reducing the overall size of the existing anchorage area.
