DoD Issues Interim Rule for DFARS Case 2006-D006: Posting of Notice on FedBizOps

The Department of Defense has published an interim rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, requiring the posting of a notice on the FedBizOps website when domestic source requirements are waived for certain acquisitions, as mandated by Section 833(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006.
