DoD Issues Interim Rule for Architect-Engineer Services and Military Family Housing Contracts

The US Department of Defense has published an interim rule to update its regulations regarding notification to Congress before awarding contracts for architectural and engineering services and military family housing, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004.
