Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Delaware Drawbridge Operation Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to modify the operating rules for three bridges in Delaware, allowing for more advance notice of vessel openings and enabling bridges to open on signal with 24 hours' notice, in an effort to balance navigation needs with safety concerns.
