Exclusive License Grant for Autoimmune Disease Therapies

The Department of Health and Human Services is considering granting an exclusive license to develop and commercialize therapeutic products for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and psoriasis, based on inventions from several patent applications filed between 2000 and 2005.
