Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. Receives Approval for BeX Trading System Implementation

The Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. has received approval for its proposed rule change and accelerated approval for Amendment No. 2, which relates to the implementation of the second phase of the BeX trading system. This approval allows the exchange to proceed with the implementation of the new system.
