Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Proposed Rule to Amend Chemical Weapons Convention Regulations

The Bureau of Industry and Security is proposing changes to the Chemical Weapons Convention Regulations to streamline the inspection process for plant sites producing unscheduled discrete organic chemicals, clarify recordkeeping requirements, and update civil penalties for CWCR violations.
