EPA Corrects Missouri State Implementation Plan Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected a July 11, 2006, rule approving revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP), which included an incorrect state effective date and omitted part of the information in the explanation column of the Constructions Permits Required rule.
