Office of Hazardous Materials Safety Publishes List of Delayed Special Permit Applications

The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety is publishing a list of special permit applications that have been pending for 180 days or more, along with the reasons for delay and expected completion dates, as required by 49 U.S.C. 5117(c).
