NOAA Issues Revised Regulations for Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released a final revised management plan and regulations for the Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary, prohibiting anchoring and restricting fishing methods, while requiring all other fishing gear to be stowed when in the sanctuary.
