EPA Revises Regional Haze Regulations to Address Alternative Trading Programs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized regulations to address regional haze and alternative trading programs, following court rulings in 2002 and 2005, and after publishing proposed regulations in 2006.
