CMS Proposes Changes to Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey System
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing to modify the Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey (MCBS) system, which was last updated in 2001, to simplify its identification number and expand disclosure to CMS grantees, while eliminating disclosure for constituent requests to congressional representatives.
