PHMSA Seeks Public Comment on Key West Pipeline Company's Waiver Request for Underwater Pipeline Safety

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is soliciting public input on a waiver request from Key West Pipeline Company (KWPC) and Pipeline and Terminal Management Corporation (PTMC) to deviate from regulations governing underwater pipeline marking and burial requirements, instead proposing to post warning signs.
