DoD Reopens Comment Period for Proposed DFARS Rule on Export-Controlled Information and Technology

The US Department of Defense is extending the comment period for a proposed rule aimed at preventing unauthorized disclosure of sensitive export-controlled information and technology under DoD contracts, which was initially set to close on October 13, 2006, but will now reopen after being published on August 14, 2006
