NMFS Requests Comments on Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Take at Pier 39, San Francisco

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) for the re-issuance of an IHA to Bay Marina Management Incorporated (BMMI) for the incidental take of small numbers of California sea lions and Pacific harbor seals during dredging activities at Pier 39 in San Francisco, California.
