Duane and Darlene Schwisow Apply for Incidental Take Permit for Idaho Ground Squirrel Habitat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a proposed 25-year permit allowing for the incidental take of threatened northern Idaho ground squirrels during a residence development in Adams County, Idaho, as part of a Habitat Conservation Plan that may qualify for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
