CEQ Extends Public Comment Period for National Environmental Policy Act-Guidance on Categorical Exclusions

The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is extending the public comment period for its proposed guidance on categorical exclusions under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) until December 1, 2006, following an interest request from parties to extend the deadline.
