Bureau of Industry and Security Adds 14 Entities to Unverified List

The Bureau of Industry and Security has added 14 entities to the Unverified List, a list of persons in foreign countries who were parties to past export transactions where pre-license checks or post-shipment verifications could not be conducted due to reasons outside the control of the US Government, requiring heightened scrutiny by exporters before proceeding with transactions involving these entities.
