FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Turbomeca Turmo IV A and IV C Series Turboshaft Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Turbomeca Turmo IV A and IV C series turboshaft engines, requiring replacement of flexible lubrication pipes manufactured after April 1, 2003, to prevent dual-engine failure on twin-engine helicopters.
