NAFTA Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews: Notice of Termination of Panel Review

The US and Canadian Governments have settled on a negotiated agreement, resulting in the termination of a panel review case as of October 12, 2006, following the dismissal of a panel appointed to review the case in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews, effective October 12, 2006.
