US Department of Commerce Requests Comments on Antidumping Methodologies

The US Department of Commerce is revising its approaches to calculating normal value and expected non-market economy wages in antidumping proceedings, and is seeking comments on its methodology for duty drawback adjustments to export price, particularly when inputs are sourced from both domestic and foreign suppliers.
