OSM Seeks Renewed Authority to Collect Information on Surface Coal Mining Operations

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is announcing its intention to collect information on surface coal mining and reclamation operations on Federal lands, following a review and comment process by the Office of Management and Budget.
