HHS to Evaluate Petition for Special Exposure Cohort at Sandia National Laboratories-Livermore

The Department of Health and Human Services has decided to review a petition to include a class of employees at Sandia National Laboratories--Livermore in California in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000. The proposed definition includes x-ray technologists and materials scientists who worked at specific locations and job titles from December 1967 to December 1990.
