U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reinstates Proposed Rule for Slickspot Peppergrass

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for its proposed listing of Lepidium papilliferum, or slickspot peppergrass, as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, following a July 15, 2002, reinstatement of a previously proposed rule.
