NYSE Files Proposed Rule Change for Hybrid Market Pilot
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to implement Phase 3 of its NYSE HYBRID MARKETSM, which will coincide with the pilot of certain rule changes pending before the SEC.
