EPA Approves Tennessee's Second 10-Year CO Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Tennessee State Implementation Plan, which includes a new 10-year maintenance plan for reducing carbon monoxide emissions in the Memphis/Shelby County area, meeting the Clean Air Act requirements.
