EPA Publishes Guidelines for Clean Water Act Section 319 Grants to Indian Tribes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is publishing guidelines for awarding base grants to Indian Tribes under the Clean Water Act Section 319 for fiscal year 2007. The agency is also seeking proposals from eligible tribes for competitive grants to support nonpoint source implementation grants.
