EPA Amends Particulate Matter Standard for New Cement Kilns Burning Hazardous Waste
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is temporarily suspending the requirement for new cement kilns that burn hazardous waste to meet the particulate matter standard, pending final action on the proposal, which was first proposed in 2006.
