DoD Issues Final Rule to Delete Foreign Acquisition Procedures from DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to relocate text addressing internal DoD procedures pertaining to foreign acquisition to the DFARS companion resource, Procedures, Guidance, and Information.
