U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Extends Comment Period for Spruce No. 1 Mine FEIS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntington District has extended the public comment period for the proposed Spruce No. 1 Mine Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) to consider the issuance of a Department of the Army permit for Mingo Logan Coal Company's proposed coal mine in Logan County, West Virginia.
