EPA Extends Comment Period for Organic Arsenical Herbicides Reregistration Eligibility Decision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for the reregistration eligibility decision (RED) of organic arsenical herbicides MSMA, DSMA, and cacodylic acid, originally set to end on November 13, 2006, to December 13, 2006, following a 30-day extension announced on October 4, 2006.
