Minidoka Internment National Monument Receives Approval for General Management Plan

The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service has approved the Record of Decision for the General Management Plan of Minidoka Internment National Monument, which will implement the Preferred Alternative (Alternative C) as soon as practicable. The new plan focuses on on-site education, interpretation, and the preservation of cultural resources, including historic buildings and artifacts.
