HUD Grants Allocations and Waivers for CDBG Disaster Recovery Grantees

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced allocations and waivers for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) disaster recovery grants to help areas affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma in 2005, allowing state grantees to waive certain requirements and implement alternative ones.
