Transportation Department Adopts New Accessibility Standards for Individuals with Disabilities

The Department of Transportation is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations to align with the newly issued Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) by the Access Board, effective immediately.
