EPA Proposes Approval of Louisiana State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Louisiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporate recent changes to the federal conformity rule, submitted by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) on May 13, 2005.
