US Department of Commerce Establishes Procedures for Importation of Supplies for Emergency Relief Work

The US Department of Commerce has established procedures for importing essential supplies for emergency relief efforts without paying antidumping and countervailing duties, as authorized by the Tariff Act of 1930. This move is related to emergencies declared by the President.
