FERC Amends Blanket Certificate Regulations to Expand Natural Gas Project Scope and Scale

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is revising its blanket certification regulations to allow interstate natural gas pipelines to undertake larger and more varied projects with streamlined procedures, reducing construction and maintenance costs and increasing efficiency.
