Department of Labor Requests Comments on Proposed Extension of ERISA Investment Manager Electronic Registration

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of information collection provisions for electronic registration of investment managers under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
