FTA Clarifies FY 2007 Implementation Guidelines for Elderly and Disabled Programs

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has published a Federal Register notice to provide additional interim guidance for implementing the Elderly Individuals and Individuals with Disabilities, Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC), and New Freedom programs for Fiscal Year 2007.
