EPA Proposes Agreement with DV Luxury Resort to Clean Up Empire Canyon Site in Park City, UT

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an agreement with DV Luxury Resort, LLC to clean up the Empire Canyon Site in Park City, Utah, in exchange for a $38,000 payment, allowing the site to be used for recreational purposes.
