EPA Enters Settlement for Reimbursement of Past Response Costs at Constitution Road Drum Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency has agreed to reimburse past response costs for the Constitution Road Drum Superfund Site in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of a settlement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)
