Federal Transit Administration and Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board Plan Environmental Impact Statement for Dumbarton Rail Corridor Project

The Federal Transit Administration and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board are planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Dumbarton Rail Corridor Project, a proposed 21-mile commuter rail extension connecting the Peninsula and the East Bay across the southern San Francisco Bay Area, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the recently enacted Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users.
