New York Stock Exchange LLC Filing for Proposed Rule Change Regarding Order Placement with Multiple Brokers

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to temporarily modify Rule 122, allowing orders with more than one broker until the full d-Quote functionality is available for a specific security or February 5, 2007, whichever comes first.
