U.S. Makes Determination to Provide Military Assistance to Ukraine Under Foreign Assistance Act

The U.S. government has made a determination to provide military assistance to Ukraine under sections 506(a)(1) and 614(a)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as required by law.
