Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendments to Open Access Regulations for Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines and Public Utilities

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is proposing to update its regulations to improve coordination between the natural gas and electric industries, aiming to reduce miscommunications about scheduling of gas-fired generators, by incorporating standards from the North American Energy Standards Board.
