EPA Approves Maryland's Nitrogen Oxides Allowance Allocations for 2008 Ozone Season

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to Maryland's State Implementation Plan, which includes the allocation of nitrogen oxides allowances for the 2008 ozone season, in accordance with the state's approved NOx SIP Call trading program.
