EPA Approves Maryland's Nitrogen Oxides Allowance Allocations for 2008 Ozone Season

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Maryland's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 ozone season, which includes Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) allowance allocations through Maryland's approved NOx SIP Call trading program.
