MARAD to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Kahului Harbor Improvements

The Maritime Administration is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for upgrades to Kahului Harbor in Maui County, Hawaii, to meet the community's needs for commercial harbor facilities through 2030, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
