USPS Board of Governors Adopts Amendment to Bylaws

The US Postal Service Board of Governors adopted a revision to its bylaws on September 11, 2006, allowing for the submission of minor Negotiated Service Agreements to the Postal Rate Commission without prior approval from the Board of Governors.
