EPA Proposes to Approve Missouri's SIP Revision for Nitrogen Oxides Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri, which adds a test method for compliance testing to regulate nitrogen oxide emissions in the St. Louis ozone nonattainment area.
